Truly our favourite hotel so far during our Japan holiday. It felt very zen, modern and luxurious. Our room overlooked the park which was beautiful. The facilities were top notch, breakfast was varied and flavourful with lots of options. When we booked we opted to not have breakfast, but once we tried it one day we booked it for the rest. When you’re busy sightseeing it is great to start your day well fed. The facilities like the public bath, drinks area, games area and music room are all amazing assets to have access to. We didn’t expect the free drinks area but it was a lovely touch, quite often we’d get a drink and sit on the cushions and watch everyday life go on at the window. I would have loved if the roof top bar had been made into more of a social space, with heaters for those colder nights and dare I say a bar area similar to the drinks room. Otherwise, an amazing hotel to stay in while visiting Kyoto

This is more than just a hotel, it’s communal living at its finest!!! Every floor has shared spaces: from the cozy and lively public bath to the second floor with free drinks (beer and wine!), an exhibition area, and a library? That was amazing. The third floor (if I remember correctly) has a game room and a coffee corner where you can grind your own coffee, the fourth features a vinyl music room overlooking the garden, and the fifth offers another game area. And don’t forget the rooftop space! Also, the rooms are surprisingly spacious for Japan and come with a balcony overlooking either the garden or the park, both views are fantastic. Part of me hopes not too many people discover this place… I want to keep it as my hidden gem! Honestly, I wish I had stayed longer. Nestled in the heart of a park, with a beautifully varied breakfast each morning, 10/10, I’d come back in a heartbeat.

I traveled with a small child. The accommodation was very close to the station, right next to a park with a playground where people walk their dogs and exercise. There were cherry blossom trees. I went just before they bloomed, and I thought that if the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, the hotel would look even more beautiful. I loved the area for children, so we didn’t have to go anywhere else, along with the various snacks. I also enjoyed the public bath. I think this might be my favorite hotel during my trip to Japan, and I still want to go back and stay there again. I loved coffee drip bar and also wagyu buffet. (ขอบคุณน้องพนักงานคนไทยด้วยค่ะ 😃)

The location is just next to the train station, and also near the bus stop. I met an intern ( I remember her name is Ms. Kurogawa) when I checked-in, she talked with me in very fluent Chinese after she realized I came from Taiwan; That was very surprising me. The other employee also speak good English or Chinese so I think it's very considerable for foreign visitors. Their breakfast and dinner are great that I would like try again next time. The recreation rooms, sento, and fermentation plant are worth spending time if you just want take a relax indoor. In a brief, this is a nice place!

Best is the breakfast : very delicious and many to be selected. As compared to other hotel, this is one of the best.Together with the alcoholic - snack corner on 3 rd floor and sophisticated coffee corner in floor4th are superb. for these aspects , we give more than 10 points But for the room service, may be from the save earth policy together with difficulty in language, sleeping dress which should be changed on daily basis even if the room is not scheduled for complete cleaning, but we have to get to the front and get the new ones, also the unwashed water glass .
